The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Bishop’s Meadow Trust will be on Sunday 9th October at the Pentecostal Church, Red Lion Lane, GU9 7QN. It starts at 2.30 sharp and should last for about an hour with some time afterwards for refreshments and time to chat to BMT directors and other members.
The AGM is an important event where the Board of the Trust can report back to its membership about recent activities and developments and our plans for the future. We want to make sure that the Bishop’s Meadow Trust membership can contribute their views – and this is a great place for that exchange of ideas. The Board will also present its financial report for the year and there will be an election for new directors to the Board.
