It was a beautiful afternoon on 8th July – the date of our annual summer garden party at the Old Vicarage in Farnham. The garden was packed with people enjoying the sunshine and the range of activities on offer.
The popular dog show was compered by Alex Scrivens, there was tree climbing and ferret racing and other gentler activities under the Indian tent. There was plenty of food and drink and the bar did a roaring trade.
Thank you to everyone who came to the event and spent their money generously in aid of the Bishop’s Meadow Trust. We are delighted to have made over £3,000.
Thank you also to all the volunteers who participated in the event in so many different ways and to all who provided the activities. Our biggest thanks go to Lou and Jon James for organising and hosting this fantastic event on behalf of the Trust.
